We build the systems institutions run on

BitByteCyber designs and engineers school management ERPs, custom web platforms and mobile apps — the kind of software that has to work at 7:45 on a Monday morning, in front of two thousand parents.

What we do

Four disciplines, one accountable team

No handoffs between agencies, no account manager relaying messages. You talk to the engineers building your system.

Custom Web Applications

Internal tools, customer portals, dashboards and marketplaces. The systems that are too specific to buy off the shelf.

Mobile Applications

iOS and Android apps that people keep on their home screen. Native where it matters, cross-platform where it doesn't.

Product & Web Design

Interface design, design systems and marketing sites. The layer your customers actually judge you on.

Our flagship product

The School ERP that replaces eleven spreadsheets

Admissions, student records, fee challans, biometric attendance, exams and result cards, timetables, payroll, library and transport — in one system, with apps for parents and teachers.

  • Fee challans and bank vouchers generated in bulk, with defaulter tracking
  • Result cards for Matric, FSc, O/A-Level, CBSE and IB templates
  • Biometric, RFID or manual attendance — with automatic parent alerts
  • Multi-campus consolidation with a single owner dashboard
  • Full Arabic RTL interface and correct Urdu name handling
  • Works on the low-bandwidth connections your campus actually has

How we work

A process built to remove surprises

Every project runs the same six steps. You always know what is being built, what it costs, and when it lands.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    3–5 days

We sit with the people who'll use the system and map what actually happens today — including the workarounds nobody documented. You get a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date. If we think the project shouldn't go ahead, we say so here.

  2. 02

    Architecture

    1 week

Data model, integrations, hosting and security decided up front and written down. This is the cheapest possible moment to change your mind, so we push hard on the hard questions now.

  3. 03

    Design

    1–2 weeks

Interface design for the screens people use daily, built on a design system rather than as one-off mockups. You review clickable prototypes, not static images, so you can feel the flow before we build it.

  4. 04

    Build

    3–10 weeks

Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each. You see real progress on real data continuously — there is never a moment where you're waiting in the dark wondering what's happening.

  5. 05

    Migration & training

    1–2 weeks

Your existing data comes across and is reconciled against your own totals. Staff are trained by role, and we run the old and new processes in parallel until you're confident. Nobody is thrown in cold.

  6. 06

    Launch & support

    Ongoing

We're on call through your first critical cycle — the first fee collection, the first exam. After that: a named contact on WhatsApp, quarterly reviews, and updates included.

Client words

What people say after go-live

The fee cycle used to consume the first two weeks of every month. It now takes an afternoon, and for the first time I can tell you the exact outstanding figure across all four campuses without asking anyone.
FFarhanDirector · Crescent Grammar School (illustrative)
What convinced me was that they migrated eleven years of our records and reconciled every total against our own registers before asking us to sign anything. No other vendor offered to do that.
AAyeshaPrincipal · Riverside Public School (illustrative)
Our teachers are not technical people and I expected a fight. Training took an afternoon. Three weeks later nobody had asked to go back to the registers.
BBilalHead of Academics · Al-Noor Academy (illustrative)
They told us in the first meeting that one of the features we asked for was a bad idea and would slow the system down. They were right. That honesty is why we extended the contract.

A short conversation is usually enough for us to tell you whether we're the right team, roughly what it costs, and how long it takes. No obligation, no sales script.
